From Alaska to New Zealand, Tokyo, Cape Town and Reykjavik - we will deliver your order anywhere in the world where there is a Post Office. Your order will be securely packed so that you will receive it safe and sound even at the edge of the Earth. We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday-Saturday-Sunday are completed and shipped on Monday. We take up to 2 business days for order processing. Digital items (charts, patterns and certificates) are sent to your email immediately after payment.

Our warehouse is still located in Russia, which allows us to have a wide range of quality products at great prices. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a solution to deliver your orders to Australia and Norway, but we are working on this every day with our logistics partners.
Delivery to other countries works without failures.
Also, at the moment we are integrating delivery via Belgian Post, so the tracking number may arrive late. However, if your order has the Packed status, it means that it has already been transferred to the delivery service and is on its way to you.

In case if any of the goods in parcel are damaged in transit, please contact our Support Team by email email@example.com and add a photo of the damaged goods to the letter. Depending on the damage, we will offer to you a discount coupon or send a replacement with zero shipping cost.
