Positive: It's a beautiful pattern. She's gone into a lot of detail - there's colored charts that show the back stitching, colored charts that are just the cross stitch, black and white charts for the backstitching, and black and white charts for just the cross stitch.
Negative: It's frustrating trying to work on split charts, and can be very unclear to see where the overlap is. If you must split charts, please do it so that the first half is on an odd page, second on an even page - then you can use the Adobe Acrobat Reader's View - Page Display - Two Page View, that can really help. Personally I like having the option of having one big non-split chart, because I'm generally working in front of a computer screen and I can just zoom in and enlarge as I like. I wish the symbol-color chart was at the top of a page.
